Refund Policy

As all of our products are digital we cannot a refund for ‘change of mind’. We outline everything the program is about and everything it includes in our extremely detailed product pages. Before purchasing or joining any of our online programs it is your responsibility to determine if the digital product/program is suitable to your personal circumstances). Please make sure to read the product page thoroughly before you make any transaction. Our digital products are intangible so refunds are only considered when the below conditions are met;

1. A full refund for the Busy Mama Reset is only issued if:
   - It is within 30 days of your purchase date AND
   - All of the program structure has been completed

2. You can explain to us clearly how the plan isn’t or hasn’t offered you any health benefits at all. Please be aware that this is not a weight-loss program. Although weight loss can be a benefit of the Busy Mama Reset, it is considered a bi-product. Weight loss will vary from person to person and it is not what the Busy Mama Reset is designed to support you with directly (especially in as little as 4 weeks). You agree to this already in the terms and conditions when you join and pay for the program.
